Refund and Returns Policy

The Whispering Weaves is a bootstrapped startup driven by an uncompromising passion to take the elegance of the saree with its eternal, timeless charm to women living in every corner of India and beyond. Our aim is to offer top-notch quality at a friendly, affordable price. Which is why, at this stage we aren’t in a position to return or exchange the product once sold.

However, in the outside chance that you receive a damaged product – highly unlikely with our rigorous quality checks – we will initiate a full return. All you have to do is follow these simple steps:

  • Click an unboxing of the product video within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Visit our website and navigate to the customer support section.
  • Click on the “Damaged Product Received” option.
  • Provide your order details, including the order ID and Email or Phone number and upload the video(compulsory) and pictures(optional).
  • Submit the request, and our customer support team will review it within 2 working days and initiate a refund.

We ship all over the world.

2. Shipping Charges
Domestic shipping – Free shipping all over India above purchase of Rs. 2000. Orders below that will be charged a flat rate of Rs. 150.
 
International Shipping – Shipping charges vary as per location, will be calculated at the time of checkout.
3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary during sale periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: Usually takes 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Express Delivery (if available): Usually delivered within 2-3 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
