While we do not offer refunds at this stage, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not feel quite right. That’s why we offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of delivery.

If you would like to request an exchange, here’s how it works:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
• You can visit our website and navigate to the customer support section to raise a request.

In the rare instance that you receive a damaged product, we offer a full refund. To initiate this:

• Please share an unboxing video within 7 days of delivery (this is required for verification).
• Submit your request through our customer support section with your order details and video.
• Our team will review and process the refund within 3-5 working days.
